Review Time
Today I received a pack full of legal documents, and the DHL postman pushed a 30cm wide packet into a 20cm wide box by force. an act of vandalism. I have been waiting 6 month for these papers and now they are trash because of DHL stupid delivery. The fact that there is no online feedback service is so weird! The delivery service is terrible, they know it and they don't care about customer satisfaction.
They never ring the bell even when you are in. Today they left my package in a 'safe space' when I collected it the box was open and instead of the glasses I ordered there was a shower attachment inside. I can only imagine the contents of multiple orders have spilt out, the delivery driver has stuffed whatever he/she can into the nearest box available and delivered it just so they can make their quota - creating more hassle for the customer having to contact the retailer, (who are suspicious) and then having to wait more time to be able to see again!
Diabolical service from start to finish. From delivering to the wrong address and not even bothering to contact me!
Especially as I was waiting in for this delivery, then trying to speak with DHL "Customer Services" is near impossible, which is no surprise. From chatting on their "WhatsApp page", which is a total waste of human intelligence, to their DHL website, I was constantly getting patronized.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a delivery that was scheduled for January 26, 2026—a delivery that never arrived. My wife and I, both retired and in our seventies, waited until midnight expecting this important package. Not only did it fail to arrive, but we also received no phone call, message, or update of any kind. That is completely unacceptable.
This shipment contains high-quality optical equipment, and I am deeply concerned about its handling and potential damage due to the delay. Your express service was not inexpensive—I paid $38.00 for what was advertised as fast, reliable delivery. Yet, in comparison, our neighbor just received a UPS delivery this morning without any issue.
If this package is not delivered today, January 27, 2026, I will have no choice but to leave detailed negative reviews on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and other social media platforms to inform potential customers about my experience. I will also reconsider using DHL Express for any future shipments, as the “express” service has proven to be nothing more than an empty promise.
I expect an immediate update on the status of my package and reassurance that it has not been damaged.

Shit company, they found my package to heavy probably. I was at home the whole day for a new tv and they just said I was not home and after calling they didn’t do anything.
Pure shit delivery service
I experienced a situation where a shipment from overseas was marked as delivered to my apartment complex, yet it did not arrive. I reached out to the customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful in locating the package. After considerable effort from both sides, the package was finally delivered to me. Thank you for the outstanding support!
Whenever I notice my package is sent via this logistics provider, I have little hope it will arrive on the scheduled day—or sometimes, not at all. I would gladly pay more for a different delivery option, but that rarely seems to be an option. If it were possible, I would rate this experience with zero stars.
the customer support I encountered was the worst I've ever seen; it barely qualifies as support. When my package didn't arrive, the website directed me to reach out to the sender, despite it not being their fault. They sent my package, but it was lost by the courier service. Not only did they lose it, but they also showed no effort to locate it, providing only ineffective chatbots that lack understanding. I managed to chat with a representative who ultimately said there was nothing she could do and ended the conversation. Sending emails has proven pointless; I've reached out many times over the past month without receiving any assistance. It seems they delivered my package to the wrong address without verifying the recipient's identity. They not only messed up but also refuse to rectify the situation, leaving me to bear the financial loss. This has also happened to two of my friends. This service feels deceptive and untrustworthy. I demand a refund! I will never use this courier service again. If I could, I would take drastic measures against the company.
The delivery person showed up, I opened the building door, and then he got into his car and drove away. I received an email stating the packages were delivered, but they never arrived. Now, I can't find anyone to assist me with my missing packages.
Why is this service still operational? I have several deliveries that are consistently delayed, only to be sent back to the sender after a week! I am forced to stay home waiting for these deliveries that never occur! I can't participate in sports, meetings, work, or family gatherings because I have to wait for re-scheduled deliveries that ultimately don't happen. This company is truly disappointing!
