Could not provide the basic requirements of collecting a package and delivering within a 1 hour radius. Changed €56 euros then explained that “someone has to print off a label “ even though I was told before I paid that I just needed to provide the pick up information. There was an issue after the first attempt of pick up, I called. Was told it was ok, then got another email saying pick up was not possible. At that point the package had been returned to sender. I phoned up complained , was told to send an email requesting a refund. I had to send my bank details twice and am currently awaiting a refund. Very polite customer service but the service promised was not provided twice. I am sorry to say I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
