Absolutely unacceptable service. I received an email saying my parcel was on the way, so I stayed home all day waiting for it. No delivery ever happened. Instead, my parcel was sent to a pickup point that is nowhere near my home.
When I checked the tracking link, it falsely claimed that “no one was available” at the delivery address. That is a blatant lie — I was home the entire day. No one rang the doorbell, no call, no message, nothing.
This is already the second time this has happened with DHL, and it’s beyond frustrating. Making fake delivery attempts and forcing customers to travel to inconvenient pickup points is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I have lost confidence in their delivery service.
The customer service and clearance process are extremely poor. My parcel from abroad has been stuck in customs, and the clearance is never timely. There's a lack of updates or urgency. The support team is rude and unhelpful. Whenever I reach out, they claim, “it’s not in our hands” and show no willingness to take responsibility or provide real assistance. There’s no effort to escalate or resolve the issue. A deeply disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this service if you need reliable delivery or professional support.

Complete waste of time. Don't engage with this service unless you're prepared to travel 25km to collect a parcel they falsely claim to have attempted to deliver after you waited at home all day. No calls, no notifications, nothing. This is not a delivery service; it’s more of a pickup service, and not a very efficient one at that.
