I was moving household items for my daughter and faced delays due to a lack of communication. Despite repeated messages, I received no response. When I called, I was told the issue was with customs, and they would notify the representative, but she never got back to me. After a long wait, the boxes were finally sent, but it took much longer than expected to arrive.
