Stay away from this service! It was a frustrating ordeal that wasted both time and money! My parcel took 6 weeks to be returned, and not even to the right address! The support team was dreadful and the least professional I've ever encountered. I won’t be using them again!
If possible, steer clear of DHL Serbia. It will save you from the worst customs procedures, inadequate customer service, and the stress and financial loss caused by their incompetence. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. A relative sent me harmless supplements from another country for health reasons, but what should have taken one day turned into 15 due to their awful customs process. They kept asking for documents I didn’t have since it was a gift. After submitting everything they requested, they still claimed it was insufficient. I was told everything was fine, only to be informed later that they couldn’t complete the process and would return the package. I waited two days to call because of the weekend; when I finally reached them, they suggested something was missing without checking the previously confirmed documents. After all that, I asked them to return the package.

Last year was fine, but this year has been the worst service I've ever encountered. The employees are unpleasant and unhelpful. I booked shipping online and went to an official location, but they had no idea how DHL operates. They insisted I call customer service. I did, and they assured me everything was fine, but the courier never called. The next day, when I called back, they offered no help and said I’d need to pay more than the online quote. I will never use their service again.
I appreciate most of the staff at DHL Serbia, but export customs handling has been a major issue, particularly with one representative. I was moving household items for my daughter and faced delays due to a lack of communication. Despite repeated messages, I received no response. When I called, I was told the issue was with customs, and they would notify the representative, but she never got back to me. After a long wait, the boxes were finally sent, but it took much longer than expected to arrive.
They dominate international shipping from this location, but if you’re sending anything beyond documents, consider using a friend as a courier instead. My package sat at their facility for over a week. Customer service is frustrating; they often hang up or keep you on hold. When I finally spoke to someone, they were clueless and asked for irrelevant information. It feels like they intentionally frustrate their customers—DHL is unprofessional in every respect.
The worst service imaginable. Avoid DHL; you will face issues and delays. I paid for expedited delivery, but it has been six days without my package. Despite being marked urgent, customs processing takes far too long. You’ll spend unnecessary time and money resolving issues. If you can choose, opt for standard shipping; it might be faster than dealing with their complications. Horrible experience!
