A completely frustrating experience. I arranged for two parcels to be picked up, but the driver claimed I refused. I waited late into the night as the pickup times kept changing. The next day, I was told to take my parcels to a local shop, which didn’t accept them. After finding another location, I left my contact information, thinking everything was fine. A week later, the buyer was upset because the parcels hadn’t arrived. I discovered they hadn’t been collected for two weeks, leaving my items among many others. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed.
