I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with DHL regarding the delivery of my ARKET order. I ended up making multiple trips over the course of two weeks — and couldn't collect my parcel. Then I received an email stating my package would be returned within two days, even though I went there multiple times.Since the package was in the pick-up location, I visited there three or four times, and each time left empty-handed. The staff kept saying the machine was broken, yet DHL never provided any updates or alternative solutions.To make matters worse, the environment at the location was completely unprofessional. On my most recent visit, I was abruptly told, “It's not here,” by a staff member, and there were shirtless men standing around, smoking, and joking. The whole experience was uncomfortable, frustrating, and frankly unacceptable.I've wasted time, energy, and money trying to retrieve a package that was never truly available. DHL's handling of this delivery has been careless and disappointing. If this is the standard of service, I'll seriously reconsider using DHL in the future.
