This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. I ordered two items from the same store; one was sent via one courier and the other via a different one. One arrived in three days, while the other has been stuck for over nine days with minimal progress. The support team is unhelpful and refuses to provide any real information. The first courier forgot to pick up my order for two days, and then it sat at the next terminal for three days without movement. I strongly advise choosing another option if you value your time.
