This has been a frustrating experience. My delivery was supposed to be out for delivery on Friday, but I was told at 3 PM that it hadn't been loaded. I was promised it would arrive on Monday, but when I called, customer service had no information and directed me to my supplier instead. The representatives were unhelpful, and it seems like their only role is to pass the buck. If you're considering using this service, think twice. Their communication is poor, and they seem to lack accountability.
