I was waiting for a package from Germany to Italy. The tracking worked fine until it reached the last location, where it was stuck for ten days with no updates. Customer service is entirely automated and unhelpful; I couldn't speak to a real person. After much delay, they finally arranged a delivery appointment. The entire process took 20 days instead of 10. The delivery person even made an unprofessional remark about the situation. I am shocked that they are still in business.
