We arranged a shipment through a service for three boxes from one city to another. The tracking has been unreliable, and what should have taken five business days has extended to fourteen. Despite having tracking devices in the boxes, they weren't scanned properly. The last location has been unable to deliver due to an unspecified issue. I've used other services without a hitch, but this experience has left me very disappointed.
