The worst experience ever. I am waiting for 2 weeks on an important package which I suppose to get 9 days ago and it is stuck in Houten for a week now. No information whats-o-ever. The worst thing is they are blaming each other (DHL freight and DHL parcel) and put me in the middle of this?! I feel like the kid needing to think of a solution for fighting parents or something?On top of this they are claiming things the sender did which I know he didn't. His word against them. Who to believe ? Out of the experience I have now with DHL I decide not to believe DHL that is for sure. My biggest frustration is they are not offering any solution. They are putting me on hold for 20 minutes regularly. But my only option is to keep on calling them because they are not informing me in any way on the developments. I think I already spend 5 frustrating hours on this. I can not believe how terrible this company is. Thinking of suing them or getting the package myself and claim the costs to them. Anyone with me ?
