This company has serious problems. My shipment has been here in the local warehouse now for a very long time and they are unable to tell me when they can supply it to me. They do not want to answer me as they only want to communicate with the shipper and not the receiver. They just hang up the phone when I ask them again to just send out the shipment like they should already have done more than 1 week ago. I recommend to never work with this company!
