I am waiting for delivery of a parcel from Amazon. Yesterday I received an email telling me that delivery had failed due to complications. Tracking the delivery, the message is that "The recipient was not present but has been notified". I was at home all day and nobody attempted to contact me. Furthermore the tracking site tells me "Delivery not possible - shipment is being stored". There is no indication at all where it is being stored. This company needs to get it's act together! I have been in touch with Amazon over this and they have ensured me that delivery will be completed but can't say when. I hope they will not be using DHL again.
