I am waiting for delivery of a parcel from Amazon. Yesterday I received an email telling me that delivery had failed due to complications. Tracking the delivery, the message is that "The recipient was not present but has been notified". I was at home all day and nobody attempted to contact me. Furthermore the tracking site tells me "Delivery not possible - shipment is being stored". There is no indication at all where it is being stored. This company needs to get it's act together! I have been in touch with Amazon over this and they have ensured me that delivery will be completed but can't say when. I hope they will not be using DHL again.

A package was send from Germany to me with an error in the address. I called DHL but they had given it to a subcontractor CTT Express and there was no way to get in contact with them to change the address so the package gets delivered to me. Now the package has been send back to Germany even though there was enough time to change the address. No help from DHL at all on this topic. I wouldn´t recommend to use them at all for sending packages.
ABSOLUT DESASTER!!!!!!!!!LIARS BANDITOS I wait for 2 Pakete now 2 weeks and can see that 1 Paket is having a new Owner!!!!! Its not me!!!!!!!not even 1 arrived to my Adress!!!!!!Today 2. Paket is still out but.....they was on the Adress(not mine) and nobody was at home they say!!!!!!but they left a Note that the Person can Pick up MY PAKET!!!!!!!!DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹
DHL is an absolute disgrace. I ordered smart glasses, and what did I receive instead? A pair of ridiculous Spider-Man slippers. This is not just incompetence - this is theft. Somewhere within DHL's chain of custody, my package was tampered with and its contents stolen.Their so-called "customer service" is nothing but a wall of excuses, with no accountability, no transparency, and no solution. A global company that cannot even ensure the basic safety of shipments should not be trusted with anything valuable.I will never use DHL again, and I strongly advise everyone to think twice before handing over their packages. DHL does not protect customers - it enables theft.

Really bad this company, for weeks trying to recieve my package beceause it is lost somewhere in Spain, trying to call them ceveral times but nobody knows where it is and before i got someone on the phone i wait 1 and half hour !!! Really bad this Still waiting
It‘s already the third time sonething delivered with DHL parcel (from Germany/Austria to Spain) and it just doesnt get delivered. Since three days the status is updated saying it will be delivered on the next day. I‘m staying at home waiting since i need the parcel and then just nothing happens. Last time they then just delivered it directly to a pick-up which wasn‘t even the closest. It‘s an absolute desaster and i don‘t recommend anyone to use DHL Parcel España!!
Never received package. I am flowing the tracking for 3 months now and it still doesnt arrive (from Germany to Spain). After 2 months I called and I was told they couldn't deliver the package so it was delivered to a station to pick the package up. I wasn't informed about it, so I couldn't pick it up and it was sent back. Now another month has gone by and its still not here. FYI there are at least 3 people at all times, 24/7, at the address that could sign for me to receive the package. Thinking about getting my lawyer involded CI048022901DE
Was expecting delivery from dhl, of course no one contacted me, tracking shows that was delivered, but god knows where. Customer service was easy and helpful, said that my parcel was left to next door neighbour. Why? Couldn't tell me that. Is it so difficult to contact me and let me know at least where they bloody left my package, why I need to waste my time trying to track it down.
