I get the message "Delivery attempted…" but it's a lie!

I get the message "Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address", but it's not true. The doorbell does not ring, there is no knock at the door. The delivery agent is not coming to our house, and is lying about having attempted the delivery. Each time I get this notification, I was home all day. I work from home, and my wife is retired and is also home.I own a business and I receive packages every week from Correos Express, CTT, CTT Express, UPS, FedEX, GLS, DPD and I never have any issues with those companies. I have received every package from every other company for the last 8 months.With DHL, the delivery goes automatically to the collection point. Once this was in a neighboring town and my wife had to walk for 40min to get there, and another 40min to get back home.When we call DHL Express to complain, they are very nice to us and assure us that this will be resolved, but it continues to happen. We are told that the delivery is in the hands of "DHL Parcel Service" which is a third party delivery service and that it's not possible for us to contact them directly.Since I complained and asked them not to deliver to the collection point, the delivery no longer goes to the delivery point, it simply never arrives. I have been waiting now for 14 days for a delivery to arrive, but each time the agent lies about trying to delivery the package, and it's returned to the warehouse. I've called customer service two times already, and each time they assure me that the delivery will be made the next day. I am still waiting...Our house is in Altura, it's a town with over 10,000 habitants on the same route to Vila Real de Santo Antonio, and Monte Gordo. It is not a rural area in the middle of nowhere. Why is the service from DHL so bad?! Why do they continue to use a third party delivery service that refuses to deliver packages to our door? This is very frustrating!
