Seems to me that DHL once again did not even try to deliver. Had an email saying they tried to deliver minutes earlier. What rubbish. We were in at the time and all day. I don't believe anybody came. No one rang the bell or telephoned. On my Amazon order it said several delivery attempts are made if the firat is unsuccessful, yet almost straight after the first email implying no one was in I got another informing me where I need to go to collect the packet myself! Quite a long way from where I live. Because of this my partner did not have her birthday present on the day.So sick of this nonsense!
