Delivery failure

My boiler was malfunctioning, and I ordered a spare part on the night of December 3rd, paying extra for next day delivery, expecting it on December 5th. However, the delivery did not arrive as promised. I had arranged for an engineer to install the part on Friday. Today is Sunday, December 7th, and I still haven't received anything. This has been a very disappointing experience. While it may not be the company's fault, I am the one left without the part.
