First time I ordered from this company and paid extra for overnight delivery as the part was needed urgently. The part arrived next day as expected but when removed from the packet it was damaged as a loose component that should've been soldered to the board fell out of the bag ... I made one phone call and everything was sorted out immediately, a returns label sent and the replacement part sent direct to my customer the following day before 12am so I could still make the afternoon appointment. Nobody can guarantee new parts won't be faulty but how you deal with the problem shows how good a company is and on this occasion they were outstanding!
