They are a joke, I have never ever dealt with a company, a medical company that was this bad. They have more buffoons working there than you can imagine. I am disgusted with this company which is why I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I have also filed a complaint with my insurance carrier and I’m speaking to my brother-in-law who is an attorney to see what legal remedy there may be because they are putting peoples lives in jeopardy.
