This company is appalling; they haven't delivered my supplies in two months, and I can't even reach anyone for assistance. My health has been jeopardized due to their negligence, and I experienced a diabetic seizure because of this situation. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone, and emails go unanswered. If you value your health, look for a company that genuinely cares. I have evidence of their last email regarding my reorder and can provide proof of previous issues. Interestingly, another pharmacy I use delivers in just one day. I'm considering speaking with a lawyer about potential pain and suffering claims due to their neglect. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Quick delivery, but major issues

I received my supplies quickly, but it took over 30 days to get the necessary training for using the pump. Once I finally received the training, I realized the pump wasn't suitable for me. Now I find out that I can't return the supplies or get a refund! This situation is frustrating, especially since the delay in training wasn't my fault. I feel completely taken advantage of.

Steer clear of them to avoid their deceitful practices.
