Most dissatisfying and confusing experience ever.I actually did receive my shoes but before they arrived I had an inquiry about my order which was completely ignored.But the most frustrating thing is their telephone support. If they didn't offer it at all they would do much better. If you call them a computer voice will say"welcome to Diadora..." again and again and again until you finally give up.Update:It is not a scam. Diadora contacted me and was very undestanding of the issues and showed commitment to solve them.I changed my review from one to four stars. If they keep showing good customer care it could reach five stars.
