Horrible service, I had to return good, but their system does not actually help with returns, they only send you labels and then you are on your own. You have to deal with DHL yourself. I drove half an hour to a DHL centre, which Diadora told me to to go to. When I got there, they told me there are two companies called DHL and its other one. The logo and name are the same. Crazy. So I called Diadora, who told me now to go online. I did this, it takes ages as it needs all customs info like weights, dimensions, country of manufacture, then it said it would be £62 to return the shoes. I give up. Truly awful service, from Diadora.
