Your service for my most recent order has been awful! I ordered 1 week ago and my order status says in transit but I discover they haven’t even reached DHL yet?? What’s going on ?? I’ve tried calling and emailing with no replies and being told a reply can take 24-48 hours!! I needed this order for an event on Saturday but looks like that’s not going to be possible now unless some strings can be pulled. I’ve ordered a few things from your company but this is putting me off ordering again! Please can something be done to get it to me by Saturday??? If this had been actioned yesterday when I tried to contact there might have been more chance, but here we are another day wasted. DIADORA can’t have such bad customer service surely?
