When I contacted customer service, I was met with rudeness and very little helpful information. Attempting to resolve the issue through the website was equally unproductive and unnecessarily time-consuming. I was instructed to place a new order, which I did, only to have it canceled a week later without any explanation. When I followed up again, I was told the sneakers were out of stock, despite them still appearing available. Once again, the customer service response was dismissive and unprofessional, essentially telling me that it wasn’t their problem. I like the sneakers and the brand, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere in the future. I expect to be treated with basic respect as a paying customer, not as an inconvenience simply for trying to make a purchase.
