Attempted to contact customer service during normal working hours approximately 3pm pacific time. System hung up on me 7 times each after a 5 minute hold. After fi ally getting a hold of them for an order I placed at 2 asked to change the order to turf shoes instead of indoor and they couldn't do it. Most useless customer service I have ever encountered. Why even have customer service if you don't enable them to solve problems?
