From the start when I spoke to a guy called Alex he helped me. He was very polite very caring made me feel better with my anxieties and a very nice person to talk with 1010.

I'm glad I have got somebody to listen to me.of all the horrendous things that has happened to me and several other tenants. I don't want to upset you with what's been going on here at Chapel court chapel mews riverside retirement housing.its horrible.first of all a disabled man with one leg & had cancer .was left dead in his flat for 7 weeks.the smell was terrible and flies & maggots every were.it was a covered up of Riverside housing anti adult social care. The warden was told several times buy next-door tenant & other tenants..se said the pir moniter was showing movement. It was the flies.& he had signed a waiver not to be disturbed. A load papershop sent a letter to next door neighbour. Asking why he hadn't paid his bill.also local Chinese firm didn't get any calls?? I contacted the council but to no avail.also contacted local paper editor the champion.but editor.said he can't print story as it was not made public. So we have been fighting for justice for this poor man.& it's still going on?? Also 6 other tenants have been found dead but it's a long story as to certain things going on? & the other matters invlosingthese deaths is covered up by management & police & council.also fraud on service charges. Is a big thing.big time.im very ill with problems with cancer of my nose skin problems and breathing problems.been going to hospital for 4 years with all these problems. Also anti_social behaviour and bullying is is a big problem.the police want get involved. & council the same & 2 MPs involved.but to no avail.& we have the big problem of repairs .due to refurbishment in 2020.lowering of ceilings & narrowering of communal corridors. Creating a very hot building. Also passive smoking being ignored.& some tenants smoking in wedge open firedoors.it goes on & on.the roof is 50 years old & their is leaks everywhere. The building was classed a grenfell?? Due to not being fire proof a firm came in 2023 to insulate it to make it fire safe. We are having contractors comming in ever since with alsorts of problems it goes on & on. When they refurbishment they were removing asbestos while tenants were in attended. Their was dust a grime every where.the disabled toilet door is wrong way round.cracks & skirting board cracking.& internal corridors not fireproof & hot water pipes not lagged due to the way the walls were made.no batteries or screws.also handrails dangerous due to sharp edges which should have come caps on the ends.their is no air circulation on first floor temperature 30 degrees. Firemen catch their helmets on smoke alarms in suspended ceiling. Some of the lighting sensors don't work & some of the fire exit signs are wrong way round.some are in suspended ceiling above the doors.ill finish now as I'm partly sighted & my fingers are sore.im 80 years old & can't take much more so please try & help us. .your staff have been excellent & polite.& caring.kind regards thomas platt.
