From the very first phone correspondance with Alex @Dial-A-Claim, I knew that my complaint against my landlord - was in good hands, and that It was now possible for the outstanding disrepair at my property 'was' going to be carried out successfully, and within a timely manner. Alex was professional throughout our phone conversations, he cared for the negative impact on my mental health, that the contractor's 'non attendances'- throughout the last two and a half years+ was having, and Is the detrimental effect of my frustrations.

I felt 💯% assured that there was now a light at the end of the very long tunnel.

I was put in touch with a Solicitor @TRUE SOLICITORS LLP, - [which are also a second to none business,] and have fully taken on my case, on a no win no fee basis.
The compensation I'm not going to pretend won't come in useful, it will do, and it'd be the icing on the cake! It's the message itself that It will give to my local authority that I will 'not' put up with their negativity in not repairing my home, when it is clearly their responsibility, as a landlord!

Alex put my mind at rest that I needn't worry about having to continue my correspondance with the contractors - as having now signed the documents for my Solicitors... my case has now become active.

Alex said, he will be with me throughout my claim, which is helpful, as he's genuinely fantastic at Customer Service/Support. I know that I can call or Whatsapp him If and when I need to.

It was so easy & quick I couldn’t actually believe it. Alex explained everything to me step-by-step told me he would be on the other end of WhatsApp and he was I sent my pictures had a phone call had another phone call jobs are good. I recommend these guys all day long. thank you so much, Alex.x

Thing first contact was the best start of my experience his was Alex he wasn't pushing me into choosing Dial a Claim he explained everything to me and he understood that I wasn't very good with my phone and technology so I asked him to get in touch when my son was here he rang on the days I wanted him to and not at anytime put me under pressure he was so glad I chose this firm Alex had a hand in my choice I even contacted my Law Centre and they didn't once make me think I could win my claim but I now have every faith in Dial a Claim to win my case and I wish Alex all the best in what he does because he deserves it more than anyone thank you mrs j barnett
