Very poor service quality combined with slow internet speeds and high costs. Even a brief power outage causes complete service disruption, with no backup. There's limited investment in infrastructure improvements, while a lot of resources go into advertising instead of service quality. The available packages lack value and seem aimed at short-term users rather than long-term customers. I only continue with this service because of my long-standing number. If number portability were an option, many loyal customers would likely switch.
