Unacceptable customer support

Unacceptable customer support. It's incredibly challenging to resolve issues. The only option in the region seems to be this service. If a decent competitor enters the market, I will be one of the first to switch.

I've reluctantly used this service for years, and I can confidently say they are the worst internet provider in the region. They charge high prices for what feels like outdated service, taking your money monthly while providing tiny, limited data quotas that disappear quickly. Their data packages are a joke: you pay a lot for plans that promise decent data, but you're throttled to slow speeds after reaching hidden limits, or the data vanishes even when not in use. Unlimited plans? Don't be misled – they're capped at very low speeds, making streaming, downloading, or even browsing a struggle. Forget about reliable gaming or working from home. Customer service is lacking: complaints are ignored or unresolved, signals drop frequently, and speeds are inconsistent. Many users online label it as a scam, noting suspicious data usage and poor coverage despite their claims of being the best. They prioritize profits over service quality. If you can, switch to a better provider – anything is an improvement over this unreliable service. Save your money and sanity!

The network coverage is very inadequate and the internet speeds are disappointingly slow, especially considering the high costs. A brief power outage leads to complete service failure, with no backup options available. It seems there is minimal investment in enhancing infrastructure, while a lot of resources are directed towards advertising, such as social media influencers, rather than improving service quality. The offered packages lack value and appear to be aimed more at budget-conscious, short-term users rather than those looking for long-term solutions. I remain with this provider solely because of my longstanding number. If number portability were an option, many loyal customers would likely consider switching to other providers.

Very poor service quality
