The worst telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka! I raised a few complaints about the same WiFi issue, but they just closed my complaints without resolving them. I had almost forgotten what good service was like until I moved all my connections (WiFi and TV) to SLT, which is the best decision I have made recently. I have peace of mind knowing that I don't have to worry about my connections or payments. Avoid Dialog at all costs! Their staff also need better training in empathy.
