A brief power outage leads to complete service failure, with no backup options available. It seems there is minimal investment in enhancing infrastructure, while a lot of resources are directed towards advertising, such as social media influencers, rather than improving service quality. The offered packages lack value and appear to be aimed more at budget-conscious, short-term users rather than those looking for long-term solutions. I remain with this provider solely because of my longstanding number. If number portability were an option, many loyal customers would likely consider switching to other providers.
