I ordered a personalised necklace in rose gold and after 5 weeks the colour wore around the pendant. I emailed them about it and they were so helpful and sent out a new necklace and apologised for this happening they also insisted that this was a one off and that it wouldn’t happen again. So far the new necklace has been fine.
