This service needs to be shut down. I ordered an item as a holiday gift well in advance, but now it's been over a month with no updates. The last tracking information was from December 28th, and there's been silence since then. They also don't respond to emails! Stay away from this service.

Incredible service from this company. After ordering a lovely ring, it was delivered but unfortunately left hanging out of my letterbox, likely taken. After reaching out, they quickly offered to send a replacement, which unfortunately got lost in transit. They were very concerned and insisted on sending another with precautions. It arrived today and is truly beautiful—definitely better than the picture. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Their customer service is outstanding; they genuinely care about their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them for affordable jewelry.
I ordered a sterling silver necklace with four names on a heart. I was disappointed with the engraving; the names were barely legible. After wearing it a few times, it started to tarnish and change color. I emailed the seller with photos since the guarantee claimed it wouldn't tarnish. They promised a replacement but have since stopped responding, and I haven't received anything.
