I received an email stating they would offer me £3, which left me baffled. I had ordered a 40 x 50 Peony canvas, but the surrounding areas that should have been colorful were all white, except for an odd splash of pink. I contacted the support team with photos for proof, but they suggested I finish the piece and then show them? Who would spend countless hours on something that’s incorrect? I'm awaiting my current order but will not be ordering again. Disappointing customer service overall. The Roses in this order had the correct surrounding colors.
