This was my first time buying from Diamond Art UK and it was as a fantastic experience.
It arrived in the time listed, and the picture itself is high quality and looks great when completed. The materials were provided were also excellent, with a heart-shaped wax provided in a little airtight container to prevent it from drying out, and a drill pen with a multitool attached.
I’ll definitely buy from here again!
While searching for diamond art kits, I found this company listed as a UK site and mistakenly thought I was buying three authentic kits. To my shock, the items arrived without the expected packaging, featuring only 30 colors each for two 100*100cm kits and one 110*80cm kit. The canvas quality was comparable to what I would expect from a budget retailer, yet I was charged nearly £130 for what could be found on a different platform for about £50. I've reported this to the official channel with evidence of the misleading advertisement and informed the company that I consider them a scam. As I'm housebound, I've requested a free return and collection, feeling completely deceived by this experience.
I placed an order for a custom product several days ago but didn't receive a confirmation email, and I’ve already been charged. I reached out to the company expressing my concerns about the lack of updates, and their response was to ask for an order number (which I never got) and for my payment details, which feels inappropriate. I replied, omitting my payment information, but I haven't heard back since. I wouldn't advise using this company, especially with the holidays approaching.
I received an email stating they would offer me £3, which left me baffled. I had ordered a 40 x 50 Peony canvas, but the surrounding areas that should have been colorful were all white, except for an odd splash of pink. I contacted the support team with photos for proof, but they suggested I finish the piece and then show them? Who would spend countless hours on something that’s incorrect? I'm awaiting my current order but will not be ordering again. Disappointing customer service overall. The Roses in this order had the correct surrounding colors.
UPDATE 4/12 - received an email offering me £3 compensation, which is absurd. The quality initially impressed me, but then I faced an issue. I ordered a 40 x 50 canvas with vibrant colors, but the one I received was mostly white with a strange pink flash. I emailed the support team with proof, but they suggested I finish the work first. Who would spend hours on something incorrect? I'm waiting for my current order but won't order again. Disappointing customer service.
