First, before i decided to go through this process i honestly read every review on here. Now completing the process I fully agree with everyone’s feedback on their experience especially their interaction with Demitri. For anyone thinking about selling their diamond(s) for the first time, it’s a very nerve wracking situation especially sending high value items via mail (FedEx). But from the moment I interacted with Demitri, he walked me through the entire process step by step, made me feel at ease and kept in touch multiple times in the day to answer my every questions and ease my worries. He was compassionate, understanding and kind which all showed through via email, or if you have a chance to chat with him, over the phone. He did not fault my pregnancy brain for forgetting some things, and he fully considered all aspects of my diamond before making an offer. I highly recommend anyone trying to sell their valuable diamonds to diamond buyers. And if you have a chance to deal with Demitri directly, you won’t be sorrry!
