The folks at DBI are knowledgeable, patient, responsive and trustworthy. I sold a diamond solitaire to them for a very fair price, got paid within 24 hours, and it was absolutely zero hassle. I highly recommend anybody looking to liquidate family heirlooms, especially diamonds, start with DBI.
After reaching out in person to several local well known dealers in town I was disappointed in my value the stores were giving me for my inherited ring. After reading several reviews and emailing Demitri, he quickly reached out to call me and talk. Very knowledgeable, to the point and assured me my kit would arrive safely to them and gave an estimation on how long it would take. He notified me all throughout the process and even called to verify if he could remove a stone to fully inspect. That evening, he gave me an offer much more than 2-3 local shops gave me previously.
