I placed an order before Christmas as a gift and paid extra for expedited shipping. Now it's January 14, and tracking shows it’s still in China. I attempted to cancel the order since it hadn’t shipped until recently, but the company claimed cancellation wasn’t possible. Avoid this company unless you’re okay with long waits. Who knows when or if it will actually arrive?
