Review Time
Took telling them I would start leaving reviews and doing a credit card chargeback for them to refund the order that never shipped. The shipping timeframes listed on the website is not the same as customer service states is their policy.
I placed an order for a kit before Christmas as a gift and paid extra for faster shipping. Now it's January 14, and the tracking indicates it’s still in China. I attempted to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped until a week ago, but the company stated they couldn't process the cancellation. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you're okay with waiting indefinitely. Who knows if or when it will actually arrive?

My concern with this company is the inconsistency in drill quantities for each picture. The image I received is beautiful, but it lacks many colored drills while I have an excess of others that I don't need. I reached out to them for additional drills, but have yet to receive a response.
The company made an error with the shipping label on my package, so I never received it. I've been in contact with them for over a month and still don't have a replacement. The phone number they provided is unresponsive; it just rings endlessly without a voicemail.
The item took about a month to arrive, the box was damaged, and the picture inside had significant creases. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction, and if they don’t respond, I plan to dispute the charge. Terrible experience!
This company is a scam. They rip you off, and any issues you encounter are impossible to resolve. I tried using their internal message system, but it always shows an error. Emails to their support fail to deliver. This company is a fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
