I ordered a diamond painting on 1/29/25. The prices are very high but they were having a "sale" so I ordered a blue and gold fractal flower kit for $32.79 instead of the regular listed price of almost $80. $32.79 is still about 3 times what I would normally pay for a diamond kit but I splurged a little, expecting quality materials. After about a week, no shipping confirmation email so I reached out and no reply. I waited another day or 2 and sent another email to cancel the order. Their website says refunds after the item has shipped are offered but you have to pay return shipping, and of course, I then received a reply to that email saying it had been shipped. I kept checking the status of this. The seller replied on 2/7 saying it was about to ship but according to tracking, it didn't actually go out until 2/15. So I waited, anticipating this high quality product. I mean, it had to be good if they were normally charging $80 for it, right?! Wrong! It was finally delivered on 2/28, almost a full month after ordering, and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this was the poorest quality diamond kit I've ever received. I normally order my kits on Amazon and spend about $10 on them, and the quality of those kits vary but for $10, I'm not expecting too much and am usually very happy with what I get. The item I received from this company was the flimsiest mat I have ever held, and the gems were exactly like the ones in the $10 kit. There were no extra accessories to justify the price either, as it came with the exact same accessories as my other kits. That's not even my biggest issue though. As I said, I ordered a kit with a picture of a beautiful flower that I planned to frame and hang in our living room. The kit that I actually received though was "Religuous Man Sea View', which looks like Jesus walking on the beach. On top of it being the wrong picture, it wasn't the size I had ordered either, so even if I wanted to complete and hang this religious man picture in our living room (I don't), it wouldn't fit in the frame. I've reached out to the seller to request a refund but I'm sure it's going to be a battle, and they'll try to get me to wait another month to maybe receive the correct picture. Based on the quality alone, even with good customer service and fast shipping, I would never pay over $30 for this product. Luckily, I paid via PayPal, and they're great about helping with refunds and things like this. I would tell anyone considering ordering from this company to absolutely NOT do it. I honestly cannot say 1 positive thing about this company or my experience with them. They're expensive, products are very low quality, there's a lack of customer service, and shipping times can be over a month. How are they still in business?! I will continue to work on getting my refund but please don't waste your time or money with this company, or I'm confident you will be in the same boat a month or so down the road.
