Very poor quality! I waited for over three weeks to receive the kit USPS from China! and was very disappointed. I will be returning it immediately due to:the following:1. Unnecessarily complex symbols difficult to copy onto labels for diamond storage.2. Very poor printing quality. Symbols are barely discernible as they are too faint to see in many cases. In others the surrounding drill color washes out the symbol entirely. 3. Poor adhesion of dots on canvas. Dots literally ‘float’ out of place making neat even rows impossible.Complete lack of customer service. I had nearly completed a previous project and ran out of one color. I sent an email with the kit number as well as the color number as required. I never received a response or the requested extra diamonds. I had to throw my project away after two months of working on it.Inexcusable! Don’t waste your time and money on this company’s cheaply made low quality diamond paintings!
