I understand it’s the holiday season, but contacting the support team has proven to be very difficult. I attempted to use the live chat feature on the website without any success. I also tried reaching out via email but received no response. I managed to connect with someone through social media, but after sharing my email, there was no follow-up. My order is still not here, and I hope this isn't indicative of the overall service.
