While I understand it’s the holiday season, reaching the support team has been nearly impossible. I tried using the live chat on the website but couldn’t connect with anyone. My email attempts also went unanswered. I finally contacted someone through social media, but after providing my email, there was no further communication. My order hasn’t arrived yet, and I hope this isn’t a sign of the overall service.
