I love the lab diamond, but I didn’t like the setting. It was not exactly the replication of what is online. The setting looks cheap. Currently working with Diamond Factory to set the Diamond in another setting! Update: working with Sonia, I was able to comfortably express my concerns and she went above and beyond to see that I found a solution leaving me excited to receive my new ring! The process was so simple! I’m updating my rating to reflect the customer service received. I’ll update once I receive my ring back.
