Completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I returned my ring for resizing, but an outdated address on their website caused it to be sent to the wrong location. My ring was lost for two months, and I only found it three weeks before my wedding, yet it remains unaltered. I also had to cover the return shipping cost myself. The communication from the support team has been poor, taking over a month to reply to my initial message. It feels like there's a lack of concern for helping me retrieve the ring that was sent to the incorrect address. This situation has been extremely stressful.
