Very disappointed with the service...

Very disappointed with the service I received. I returned my ring for resizing, but it was sent to the wrong location due to an outdated address on their website. My ring was lost for two months and only turned up three weeks before my wedding, still unaltered. I had to pay for return shipping myself, and the communication from the support team has been disappointing, taking over a month to respond to my inquiry. It feels like they don't care about assisting me in retrieving my ring sent to the incorrect address. This has been incredibly stressful.
