The communication with DF was very poor. I needed to reach out twice to get a shipping number of my order after purchase, and then they delivered my diamond necklace, which was meant for my wedding, with a wrong chain and wrong chain length, with an IGI certifcate that looks like it's a used/old diamond. The communication and offered solutions here was also extremely slow and fruitless, and even though I've already sent the necklace back 10 days ago, I still hadn't received any outcome for the refund. Never buy with Diamond Factory again.
