I purchased what I thought were branded orthopedic sandals from this company, under the impression I could return them if they didn’t fit. They didn’t fit, and they are actually unbranded and of poor quality (fake leather). When I asked for a return address for a refund, I discovered they aren’t based in Europe, and I would have to return them to China, which costs more than the sandals! This is not clearly stated on their website, violating consumer rights regulations. I’ve requested a chargeback through my credit card and advise others who have been misled by this company to do the same.
