Clothes look nothing like they do on the website it’s just cheap rubbish from china terrible quality and terrible fit! Want to return and was told I have to pot to china which was going to cost €80!!! All emails bounce back too it’s disgusting they shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!

This company is a scam; it’s not local but based in China. I ordered a long-sleeve blouse made of 100% cotton, and after a month, I received a T-shirt made of some synthetic material. I regret not checking reviews sooner, and now I realize it’s pointless to request a refund or exchange. Avoid this nonsense!
I purchased what I thought were branded orthopedic sandals from this company, under the impression I could return them if they didn’t fit. They didn’t fit, and they are actually unbranded and of poor quality (fake leather). When I asked for a return address for a refund, I discovered they aren’t based in Europe, and I would have to return them to China, which costs more than the sandals! This is not clearly stated on their website, violating consumer rights regulations. I’ve requested a chargeback through my credit card and advise others who have been misled by this company to do the same.
This company is a low-quality operation based in China. The prices do not reflect the quality of the goods. They market themselves as a local brand, but shipments come directly from China, and contacting them is impossible. The materials for different items are all the same. Very poor quality with long delivery times and no communication. I strongly advise against using this site if you want genuine European clothing quality! The worst online shopping experience ever!
Terrible. Cheap, shoddy clothing that is nothing like what was shown on the website. The material, color, and sizing do not match the descriptions. No promised free gift. The returns process is impossible and not disclosed at the time of purchase. Avoid this company—it's a scam.
